Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame excuse when I questioned it. Then was given 3 different invoices & prices for additional parts that salesperson should have included in original estimate but never did. Overall the product is decent, but their ordering/ installation process is a total clusterf-ck!

Mr. Lash, In response to your review I’m sorry you had a bad experience however the job was completed as stated in the quote that you signed and accepted which does states that a 40% deposit is required to order the product. Our office did in fact have to adjust the invoice for parts that were replaced in order to get your neighbors door up to par that were not noticed until the tech started the repair. Again I’m sorry that you had a bad experience but in the end everything came together as it should have, you have a new door with no issues and your neighbors door is fixed properly.
