Jessica went the extra mile without even being asked to do so and reached out to LiftMaster and was able to get us a credit toward our new one. Not 100% paid for, but at least something! call, called me back within 5 minutes. She was friendly professional and scheduled tech. For next day. Technician came early and repaired overhead. Price quoted was spot on and reasonable. In a pool of mediocrity (and I m being generous) dealing w no return calls, no shows and price gouging in Franklin County, it was a very pleasant surprise.
