The quality and selections made our decision easy. We shopped around and could not beat their prices and yes it was an apples to apples comparison. Phil and his team kept the lines of communication open during the whole process. On the day of the install, the tech showed up as promised and worked steady until he had both doors perfect. We couldn’t be happier. We definitely would recommend Champlain Doors.

Workmanship and door quality were top shelf. Salesperson needs to be more transparent, and follow instructions. Overall, very happy with door.

Spoke with a VP named Damien. Explained situation, and was appreciative of his response. Was a miscommunication initially that he has resolved. Very happy now!!

Terrible experience!! Ordered door, was told well after the fact they needed a deposit. Then was NEVER told when door came in. Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame… Read more Terrible experience!! Ordered door, was told well after the fact they needed a deposit. Then was NEVER told when door came in. Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame excuse when I questioned it. Then was given 3 different invoices & prices for additional parts that salesperson should have included in original estimate but never did. Overall the product is decent, but their ordering/ installation process is a total clusterf-ck!

Mr. Lash, In response to your review I’m sorry you had a bad experience however the job was completed as stated in the quote that you signed and accepted which does states that a 40% deposit is required to order the product. Our office did in fact have to adjust the invoice for parts that were replaced in order to get your neighbors door up to par that were not noticed until the tech started the repair. Again I’m sorry that you had a bad experience but in the end everything came together as it should have, you have a new door with no issues and your neighbors door is fixed properly. Patrick was professional and prompt with the estimate, Phil provided technical support by phone, and Anna was terrific with keeping us informed about the schedule for the work. The installer, Andrew, was professional yet personable, knowledgeable and efficient He expertly replaced our damaged panel, inspected and lubed the system, and even cleaned up any grease. Thank you, all!
