They sent a second tech who fixed the sensors, troubleshot my new opener and discovered it was faulty from the manufacturer. If he had been sent the first time there would have been no need for a second visit. I disputed my charge for the second visit and the office staff was very unprofessional and kept interrupting me. They did not charge me for the "correction" visit and asked me to never use them again. I will comply.

This customer bought a genie opener from somewhere else - we installed it (it was faulty) and we told her and noted on the work order it was a faulty board upon installation. She requested we return - which we did, and again diagnosed this unit as having a bad board. The customer didn't believe the first tech supposably- we billed a discounted rate of $99 which we felt was fair since it is not our unit & we were requested to go back for what she claimed was a remote issue because she claimed our tech was wrong the first time. In fact it was a bad board as originally diagnosed. The customer threatened to write a bad review if we didn't credit her so we did. We did all we could here to make it right.Best in the area!

They came in installed which the guy was super nice and very professional, but when I got my bill it was $451 a bit disappointed in the transparency of the deal the of the deal. Would not use them again. Feel very mislead.

We do apologize for any confusion. It is challenging for us to provide accurate pricing verbally over the phone with out seeing the repair. We did give a per spring price as well as the cost for the labor on top of the material needed. Being this garage door required having 2 springs replaced, the spring cost was times two which may have caused some confusion as the pricing is given per part. We do mention wire size can dictate a slightly different cost and this can lead to us not being 100% accurate when providing the costs over the phone. I am confident that we are equal to or less than our competitors on all our service calls.Great Experience
