I had asked for a itemized statement twice and never received one. I did receive a statement for my down payment. That invoice did not reflect the senior/military discount. I called to inquire about that discount and asked for an invoice show the balance due. We still have not received one.

Was speaking with Jessica who states not responsible for bad battery & refused to provide her superiors contact information when asked because now we are stuck for another month before someone can get out there. I even bought my garage door from them. This is no way to treat your paying customers. This is unacceptable!
