What would have been a good experience was spoilt by very late delivery as winter approached and came. Iwas told that the door would be delivered in 3 weeks and so expected installation 13 December. Then told it would be 9 January 2020!. I strongly expressed my displeasure and they were able to get installation 24 December.

Dan, I Apologize for the delay in product. During holiday seasons lead time from vendors can be extended on certain styles. We were able to snag the door from another location and get it completed. We do try our best to accommodate. I appreciate the honesty.Very pleased
