Other companies either didn’t return my call or wanted to charge a fee for site visit. Champlain door replied promptly, did a free site visit, and just a couple of weeks later I had new doors and openers. Installation crew was fantastic and did a great job. Glad I was offered the high lift door and side mounted openers as it keeps my ceiling clear.

Would definitely recommend them!

Phil and his team kept the lines of communication open during the whole process. On the day of the install, the tech showed up as promised and worked steady until he had both doors perfect. Spoke with a VP named Damien. Explained situation, and was appreciative of his response. Was a miscommunication initially that he has resolved. Very happy now!!
