But would see what they could do. In 30 minutes he called back and had a person available in less than an hour. Andrew arrived and in know time all was right. Called the office and Anna helped and she was great. Bottom line if the rest of the world worked this way it would be great.

When a project or service is completed I talk with the homeowner to make sure everything was done, show the customer what I did and make sure everything works and last is there any questions before I say goodbye. Your associate replaced the panel like I wanted and he did a great job. But did he do everything that was quoted? I don’t mind spending the money for a quality product but did I get it?

Everything from intial contact to install to payment was seamless. Very rare and very appreciated.
