From my initial inquiry to when the doors and openers weee installed I was treated very well. Other companies either didn’t return my call or wanted to charge a fee for site visit. Champlain door replied promptly, did a free site visit, and just a couple of weeks later I had new doors and openers. Installation crew was fantastic and did a great job. Glad I was offered the high lift door and side mounted openers as it keeps my ceiling clear.

Phil and his team kept the lines of communication open during the whole process. On the day of the install, the tech showed up as promised and worked steady until he had both doors perfect. Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame excuse when I questioned it. Then was given 3 different invoices & prices for additional parts that salesperson should have included in original estimate but never did. Overall the product is decent, but their ordering/ installation process is a total clusterf-ck!

Mr. Lash, In response to your review I’m sorry you had a bad experience however the job was completed as stated in the quote that you signed and accepted which does states that a 40% deposit is required to order the product. Our office did in fact have to adjust the invoice for parts that were replaced in order to get your neighbors door up to par that were not noticed until the tech started the repair. Again I’m sorry that you had a bad experience but in the end everything came together as it should have, you have a new door with no issues and your neighbors door is fixed properly.
