Broke on Sunday, called Champlain Door on Monday afternoon, and they scheduled my repair for Tuesday morning. Installer showed up right on time, fixed the problem springs, and even looked at other issues to ensure belt on opener was properly tightened. Great customer service, excellent response, and knowledgeable, friendly installer. Installer was Vince. Light years ahead of other companies in the area. Thanks.
