He was pushing us to take our business elsewhere, after we had said Saturday wasnt a good day to reschedule. He was unwilling to work with us to find a better day and told us "You can wait till Saturday or go somewhere else. We are too friggin busy". We bought our doors through this company and were hoping to continue our service through them
