Any parts needed they had with them. They offered to check my other garage door while they were there. They tightened the spring and lubricated that door as well. He sold me on the Liftmaster WLED model. Patrick later come to my house to help me set up my smart camera and adjust my stubborn garage door. The installers were great and did a wonderful job installing the new opener and helping me understand how to use it.
