I am beginning another building that will require 2 overhead doors and will certainly RFQ from Champlain Door when the time comes. The installers were very pleasant and easy to work with as was Phil in sales. I am awaiting their return for the surround seals and due to the professionalism I've witnessed I remain comfortable that will be completed in a timely manner.

My calls and emails were answered quickly and to my satisfaction and , unlike some companies i deal with, i did not need to call back again and again. My door was measured and ordered same day and delivered and installed in two weeks time....very fast. The installer was on time and did a good job and cleaned up when he was done....something i appreciate and not all do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
