Every time I came back, he was working hard. I appreciated the job he did and I love my new door and opener. I will not hesitate to use Champlain Door again, or to recommend them to others.

At just barely three years old, we were told that the control panel was shot and would need to be replaced. Jessica went the extra mile without even being asked to do so and reached out to LiftMaster and was able to get us a credit toward our new one. Not 100% paid for, but at least something! Thank you Jessica! Your actions were more appreciated than the money!

call, called me back within 5 minutes. She was friendly professional and scheduled tech. For next day. Technician came early and repaired overhead. Price quoted was spot on and reasonable. In a pool of mediocrity (and I m being generous) dealing w no return calls, no shows and price gouging in Franklin County, it was a very pleasant surprise.
