I called Champlain Door Systems. I got a quick response, then an on-site visit and booked an installation date. The installer knew the product well and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a new garage door opener in around an hour. Works great and I am very happy!

My initial frustration was due to 4 missed installations (3 with Handy contracted through a local box store), so it was a bit discouraging to miss another with Champlain Doors. The installer was polite, professional, and did a great install taking time to educate me on some of the functions. I would recommend following this improved experience.
