The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the products. From initial contact, to site visit, to estimate, to installation everything was on time and done right.

There is only one issue that I have with the install and it is completely cosmetic. The first team didn't have enough of the black trim, not a problem; however, they only had gray metal screws. When the second team member came out to add the additional trim on a different day he used black wood screws. Again this is a cosmetic issue; however, it would have been nice if all of the screws were black metal screws.
