A quick email confirmed my choice and set up an installation date. The product arrived early so they did the installation a week earlier than quoted. Installer was a really good guy who knew what he was doing. Great attitude and friendly, even on a cold wintery day. Good people, good product. Can’t go wrong.

He provided a quote that same day. The installers came the next week to remove the old door, and put in the new door. Everything was handled professionally from beginning to end. I was totally satisfied with all work.

Sadly, it could not.… Read more I had an idrive garage door opener for many years and one day it just stopped working. I called Champlain Door and they sent two people to see if the opener could be repaired. Sadly, it could not. Then I spoke with Patrick about my options. He sent quotes and answered all of my questions and concerns. I decided the opener I wanted. Champlain Door came very quickly at a time that was convenient for me to install. I like the belt drive very much. It is quick to open and close and is quiet.
