Phil responded within minutes and sent a rep to measure my door the same day. By that afternoon the door was ordered and we had an install date within 2 weeks! Tim, the installer, was professional and helpful, and very quick! We did have one snafu with the height of the door being a little too tall, but they are fixing it in a timely manner and it doesn't affect its use while we wait.

They sent a second tech who fixed the sensors, troubleshot my new opener and discovered it was faulty from the manufacturer. If he had been sent the first time there would have been no need for a second visit. I disputed my charge for the second visit and the office staff was very unprofessional and kept interrupting me. They did not charge me for the "correction" visit and asked me to never use them again. I will comply.
