They came in installed which the guy was super nice and very professional, but when I got my bill it was $451 a bit disappointed in the transparency of the deal the of the deal. Would not use them again. Feel very mislead.

Company response:

We do apologize for any confusion. It is challenging for us to provide accurate pricing verbally over the phone with out seeing the repair. We did give a per spring price as well as the cost for the labor on top of the material needed. Being this garage door required having 2 springs replaced, the spring cost was times two which may have caused some confusion as the pricing is given per part. We do mention wire size can dictate a slightly different cost and this can lead to us not being 100% accurate when providing the costs over the phone. I am confident that we are equal to or less than our competitors on all our service calls.
